My photography journey didn’t start with formal training. Back in my country, Jamaica, I was immersed in multimedia as a graphic designer and a DJ (I love music), which thus led to my interest in the arts, and I found my new love, photography.
I’m happy to have been mentored by a great photographer, which meant a lot of time understudying the craft. I’ve been on many photoshoots gaining knowledge and appreciating lighting since 2018; I started shooting in 2019. From a technical, photographic, and social perspective, I began to push myself. In every instance, I learned more about what makes people tick and how to get the best out of unpredictable locations.
